8 Units - Terra Cotta Topiary - Painted on a 12"x36" gallery styled canvas surface, this contemporary composition will fit nicely into most room interiors. A warm palette with cool accents makes for an interesting color combination. The goal of the course is to teach the student artist how to work with a low key palette as well as demonstrate how the artist might view and appreciate the composition if it were rendered in a higher key palette. More than a painting exercise, this course teaches the artist how to render many textural surfaces.
